Synopsis:

Mace Windu and Jar Jar reunite!—featuring the canonization of everyone's favorite addlepated Gungan, alongside the resurrection of the finest laser-swordsman the Jedi Council had ever seen, together in a swashbuckling space-western that resonates with Star Wars stories both new and old! Join our unlikely heroes as they wander across the ruined outposts of the Outer Rim, finding old faiths where they've been forgotten, and forging new meaning where none exists.

In this thrilling yet sordid tale, the heroes arrive in a languishing prospecting town on the backwater known as Teth. But more than junglecats and vinetwisters lurk among the Tethonian megaflora. So as Saint Binks's doomsday exultations begin to agitate the townsfolk, the lurking cutthroats of Kanjiklub coalesce from the shadows cast by the towering canopy. As the 'klubbers browbeat the local laborers, the well-armored Guavian Death Gang, recently exiled from the Core by rival syndicates — even they couldn't stomach the gang's gut-wrenching enforcement tactics — steps up and strongarms the small council into ceding control of the town. Tensions simmer as either side prepares for war.

But it seems that neither side puts much faith in the outcome of a potential onslaught, as both delay their attacks to attempt to curry favor with the enigmatic swagman accompanying the Gungan:  If either side were to earn this cunning warrior's fealty, they believe a clearcut victory over their extralegal rival would be all but assured. But as much as this warrior propounds his newfound sense of fatalism, he still finds a clever way to refuse their proffered fortunes every time. Still, the two travelers can only stave off destruction for so long… and it'll be a wonder if anyone, even the ghost of a Jedi, could survive the coming devastation.

Follow Saint Binks, alongside the dead man folks once called Mace Windu, in the first of a four-part series of misadventures — a tale that results in wanton destruction, reckons with the aftermath, and repairs the deteriorating membrane meant to mediate spirit and soul.
