Changelog:

• Changed EC1 Characteristics to Br 3/Ag 1/Int 2/Will 1/Pr 2/Cun 3 (was 2/1/2/2/2/3).
  With Brawn no longer playing as key of a role — i.e., now that Turns (formerly Wounds) derive from Agility instead — we felt that the Nephran species needed to be beefed up a bit. To strike an almost-commensurate balance for the third rank in Brawn, the species has lost its second rank in Willpower. It may prove necessary to strike a rank of Enduring [Talent, Spec] granted by Carapace [Talent, Species] to further balance the species, but I'll await further playtests to ascertain its viability as it stands.
• Updated accordingly derived values for Strain Threshold (13 > 12) and Soak (6 > 7).
